The trade mark RRK incorporates seven logistics parks located in Tallinn, in Maardu at the Vana-Narva Road, in Paldiski, Tapa, Muuga, Paide and Narva.
State Resources Centre Ltd. is the biggest in its field in Estonia: the total area of logistics parks developed by the enterprise is 1.2 million sqm, the area of completed warehouse and production premises amounts to 160 thousand sqm and at least the same area is in the development stage.

We are letting 500 up to 10 000 sqm of warehouse premises in the Liiva Centre

Liiva Centre is the biggest logistics centre which is the nearest centre to the Tallinn City Centre in the distance of 5 km from the heart of the city and in the distance of 7 km from the Tallinn Ring Road. There are approximately 50 000 sqm of warehouse and terminal premises with internal height mainly 6 m and partially 3 m. The territory has manned guard and video surveillance. The rent is 3,52 EUR/ sqm per month on the main floor and 2,75 EUR/ sqm per month in the low warehouse.

Warehouse and production buildings in Paldiski

We are letting up to 15 000 sqm of modern warehouse and production buildings in the RRK Paldiski Logistics Park that is situated in the distance of 1 km from the ports of Paldiski. The Logistics Park is provided with security service 24h and is supplied with technical and video surveillance equipment; the territory has a railway branch line. In addition to the warehouse and production buildings there are approximately 1000 sqm of office premises with good quality.

Warehouse and logistics services

Estonia Logistics OÜ offers storage services in most of the RRK logistics parks. There is a possibility to use the customs warehouse and terminal. Besides the handling of goods (loading, assembly, etc.) and keeping stock records, we also provide the domestic transport services.
